RETURN POLICY
Staterooms, Inc. is committed to our customer’s satisfaction.
In order to meet the needs of our on-line customers we offer a refund on all regularly stocked merchandise. If you are uncertain about a pattern or color, we recommend you order a fabric sample if available. Please see our “swatch” page for selections.
Our Guarantee:
You may return regularly stocked merchandise within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund.
Return Authorization Number:
Email for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to returns@StateroomsOnline.com or call (954) 525-4011.
(RAN) must accompany your return along with a copy of the sales receipt. Our telephone hours are: Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST, USA.
Shipping Your Return:
On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange it or receive a refund. Enclose your packing slip with your order and ship, prepaid and insured (sorry, no COD packages), to this address:

Delivery and processing charges will not be refunded. Please return items in new and unused condition. If the product is opened, please repackage as originally shipped; including all tags and product inserts. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund of the purchase price. CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
Regarding Bedding and other Customized Items:
Custom Sized Items:
Custom sized items are not returnable. This includes all Bedding items: Fitted Sheets, Flat Sheets, Mattress Pads, Duvet Covers, Duvet Comforters, Pillowcases, Blankets, Luggage Throws, or any other item that has been custom sized or altered from standard product.
Monogrammed and Labeled Items:
Monogrammed orders are not returnable. This includes all monogrammed all Bedding items (Linens, Pillowcases, etc.); all Bedding items onto which Stateroom label has been sewn; Towels; Wash Towels; Laundry Bags; Slippers; Bathrobes; Paper Napkins; Luggage Pads; Guest Books; Writing Portfolios; Jewelry Boxes; and any other item that has been custom monogrammed, embroidered, or labeled.
ORDER STATUS & HISTORY
Order updates: We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship, to the e-mail address you provided when ordering.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your web order online. Click on Your Account, sign in, select "View Web Order History", click on the desired order number, and then select CANCEL next to the item(s) you wish to cancel. As long as the order status is "in process," you may cancel your online order. If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled but may be returned upon receipt with an (RAN).
